Shipping, Returns & Refunds

Shipping:

Products are shipped via Australia Post to Australia, New Zealand and the USA. If a product is in stock, we will ship it within 2 business day (48    hours) of receiving the order. If it is not in stock, we will provide you with an expected ship date.

International Buyers – Please Note:
Import duties, taxes, and charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding or buying. Customs fees are normally charged by the shipping company or collected when you pick the item up. These fees are not additional shipping charges

 

 

Returns:

If the product you ordered is not what you expected, you can return it to us in original condition within 10 days of purchase for a refund. Many products have warranties so if it becomes faulty contact us and we will see if a replacement is possible. Refunds are done via our payment gateway against the original transaction.
