Fess is a drug free, saline solution, which provides non-medicated relief for nasal congestion due to colds, allergies, sinusitis and bad breath. It thins nasal mucous and moisturises dry nasal passages, making it easier for the nasal and sinus tissues to clear. The alkaline pH of Fess causes mucous to break down fast and improves breathing. By clearing the nasal passages of excess mucous, Fess improves breathing and promotes "Mucocilliary Flow", which is the body's natural cleansing system. When this clearing mechanism is impaired, it is usually associated with respiratory ailments such as sinusitis and bronchitis and bad breath.
Product Use
To wash away allergens, dust and pollens. To clear nasal passages making breathing easier .Soothes dry nasal passages and provides relief from sinusitis and hay fever. Regular use of Fess helps to irrigate out the bacteria and the sulphur compounds, and helping to remove the cause of bad breath in the nasal cavity.
How to Use
Insert the nozzle into the nostril and make sure that the tip is angled slightly backwards. Depress the pump firmly to activate the spray. Once the required dose has been inserted into each nostril, tilt the head to the right for 10 seconds, then to the left for 10 seconds, then pinch the nostrils closed and sit forward for 10 seconds (Each spray measures 100 microlitres, that is 10 sprays to 1ml.)
Newborn Infants - 1 spray per nostril every 2-3 hours as needed.
1 Month - 1 Year - Up to 2 sprays per nostril every 2-3 hours as needed.
1 Year - 2 Years - Up to 3 sprays per nostril every 2-3 hours as needed.
2 Years - 5 Years - Up to 4 sprays per nostril every 2-3 hours as needed.
5 Years - 8 Years - Up to 5 sprays per nostril every 2-3 hours as needed.
8 Years - 12 Years - Up to 6 sprays per nostril every 2-3 hours as needed.
Adult - Up to 8 sprays per nostril every 2-3 hours as needed.
